Child Safety Standards

Riddlo is a dating app for adults aged 18 and over only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out Riddlo's standards on the subject and how we act.

What is prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on Riddlo:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether as photos, messages, links or in any other form
  • Any behaviour that sexualises a child, depicts a child in a sexual way, or requests, shares or points to such content
  • Trying to contact children for sexual purposes (grooming), deceiving, threatening or blackmailing children
  • Trafficking children or facilitating their exploitation
  • People under 18 creating an account or using an account on someone else's behalf

Age limit

Riddlo asks for your date of birth at sign-up; people under 18 cannot sign up. We close accounts we suspect belong to someone under 18.

How to report

  • In the app: Tap Report on any profile or chat. You can add a screenshot as evidence if you like.
  • By email: Write to support@riddlo.app.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (112 in Turkey).

What we do

When we receive a report or notice something ourselves, we:

  • Remove the content.
  • Close the account permanently and block new accounts from the same device.
  • Keep the records the law requires.
  • Report confirmed CSAM and suspected child abuse to the competent authorities: in Turkey the Public Prosecutor's Office and law enforcement, and internationally NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

We comply with the child protection laws in force in Turkey and with requests from the competent authorities.
